The Hylio AG-230 is an agricultural spray drone made by Hylio. When you select it in PulveCast, the app loads the limits below and checks every forecast hour against them, together with Delta T, humidity, drift risk and thermal inversion.

Wind: flight limit and spraying window
A maximum wind resistance of 35 km/h (9.7 m/s, 22 mph) means the Hylio AG-230 can hold its position and route in that wind. It is not a recommendation for spraying: the stronger the wind, the more droplets leave the target, especially fine ones. Most labels and extension guides place the useful spraying window well below the flight limit, and dead calm is also a warning sign of a thermal inversion.

The Hylio AG-230 is rated to operate from 0 to 45 °C (32 to 113 °F). Outside that range batteries and electronics are outside their specification. Heat also raises Delta T, so on hot afternoons evaporation usually closes the spray window before the drone limit does.

- Thermal inversion: common at dawn and dusk on calm, clear days.
- Rain before the product becomes rainfast, as stated on the label.
